We never called JD plumbing our neighbor did. She had thought it was her pipe leaking. Jason thought it was our other neighbor. Guaranteed us it was not ours even said he was so confident it wasn’t ours he would fix it for free if it was. Well it was ours. We felt obligated to let him finish what he had started. That was our first mistake. We have lived hear for 22 years the pipes have been here for 37my husband is not a plumber he has fixed 3 other leaks on our Main under the cement just like this one. it NEVER took him 4 nights and 7 to 8 try’s. Jason was not experienced enough to do our main water line. 2” pipe runs 500” from our house down hill and up hill. He took on a job he was not qualified to do. Kept repeating how much pressure there was. I was looking for a plumber and start my research at midnight. Jason was the first person that responded and was able to come by my house in the morning he was super professional and honest about my situation I needed to replace valve in the showers he went to two stores to find something that I like and was able to come same day later that day and get the job done until I was 100% satisfied. Even if it was late at night he still was patching the wall and cleaning before leaving he’s definitely trustable plumber that you want to hire for your project .
