Last evening, my AC quit working on one of the hottest days of the year in Petaluma (112F). I woke this morning and called Tony at Milano Mechanical at 8:30… Tony arrived shortly thereafter to my home at 9:15. After replacing a capacitor and giving my unit a quick tune-up, my AC was back in working order by 9:45. With my outdoor thermometer currently reading 115F, I couldn’t be more satisfied with Tony and Milano Mechanical. Thank you, Tony!! I will recommend this company to all friends and family. We have seen the Milano Mechanical team in our neighborhood with reasonable frequency. An urgent need for exhaust/ventilation system replacement and new exhaust stack installation arose, so we called Milano. Tony Milano and Zach were able to visit within a week and assess the project scope and scale in a thorough and professional manner, giving us considerable confidence that they could execute the job on a short timetable and at reasonable expense. After some consideration, the estimate was accepted. Milano was excellent in the site preplanning stage, coordinating via email and messages or calls on precise timing of the job. The crew of Tony, Zach and Tyler arrived on time every day for the three day project, with a very well equipped truck and tool kits. There was never the “ oh, we don’t have this or that” type of excuse making that delays things. Milano had everything they needed, reflecting thoughtful and efficient preparation. The job unfolded with military-like precision.
