I can't say enough great things about the experience I had with this electric service call. Matthew was super positive, knowledgeable and explained everything he found and why it probably failed. The last electrician that installed the electric socket/receptacle, used sub par materials and the connections weren't even making a solid connection in the breaker box! Everything was jammed in there and melted and wires just broke off when they opened the receptacle up! I was shocked, I could have had a fire. I feel SUPER confident after having Matthew and Jay replace everything. This is an outlet for a ceramic kiln, so I need for it to be safe. Now I won't worry because I know they used quality materials and did quality work! HIGHLY recommend this company for your electric needs.
