Warranty company referred Judieh Plumbing Inc. Roman came out at the scheduled time ???? My father says he was professional and polite, he went above and beyond expectation and even recommended another service that we needed done that would be covered by the insurance. He replaced my kitchen sink, it looks great and it WORKS. Great job Roman, we appreciate you.

The person broke my faucet who came for the repair and told Warranty company that leak is not a normal wear and tear. Never trust the technicians from this company. Warranty Company denied the claim based on the his diagnosis. He never told company that it broke while removing the faucet. Service: Faucet repair

The plumber was professional and helpful. Dispatch was unprofessional, argumentative, insulting, and rude. They did not do the work they were hired to perform by American Home Shield warranty company. It was a long nightmare dealing with them only to have nothing done in the end. This was the second time they did not do their job properly or professionally despite the pleasant and seemingly knowledgeable plumbers. I am filling a complaint against them with the BBB due to their extremely unprofessional customer “service.” Service: Plumbing leak detection
