Called Galaxy when another company ghosted me day of my appointment. They were able to schedule me an appointment for the next business day. Technician was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived within minutes of the start of the appointment window. Compressor was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Now, these folks definitely are not the cheapest and I do feel like I paid about 40% more than the fix really should have cost, given the time and part (part cost $10 at Home Depot). BUT, they came out, fixed the unit promptly, and were pleasant to work with. So for an emergency repair during a 100+ degree set of days, I was happy!

I had a great experience with Ratmir-- he sent text messages detailing his arrival time, was fast, polite, and efficient. Plus Galaxy was available two days before anyone else I called. On a week of over 100 degrees we were thrilled to have the repair done right.
