Not sure where to begin, they were total rockstars. They seem to really care about the homeowner and put in the hard work to figure out the most economical repair for my A/C unit. I previously used another “reputable” repair company that took two visits (and $150 in visit fees) to diagnose my A/C problem. They ran into an issue finding the part for my (only) 8 year old unit. They told me the motor was essentially impossible to find, and that my only real choice was to replace the entire outdoor A/C system, at a cost of ~$7,000 dollars. Not only is that a massive sum of money for what is essentially one bad part that needs replacement, it’s a massive environmental waste to replace a whole unit. Service champions were my second opinion, and I’m glad I called. Barrett was prompt, thorough, and diagnosed the problem quickly.
