Renowned Plumbing & Rooter

Our apartment building has been using renowned plumbing and rooter for the past year now. They are dependable to come on time and get the job done. They communicate if they can not make it on time which is important to me. I need to know when to expect things to be done. As a property manager, I can not afford to wait whole day for a plumber who is not sure to come. This is very important to me. They have experienced plumbers, one of them is Joey and he knows what exactly to do and is confident. There are some in other companies who second guess themselves and tell me that they "hope" to solve the problem.I think they charge a higher rate but the dependability and peace of mind is important to me and the tenants. I highly recommend them!

Called due to a clogged kitchen sink and Lorenzo assessed the problem and resolved it. Lorenzo Delgado was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the issue and provided solutions taking the time to answer all my questions! Will definitely use them again! Would have given them 5 stars if they would have arrived within the timeframe originally given although Richard did call me to notify me they were running late. Great job! Kitchen sink seems to be working great! Totally recommend them!
