Tech Bryan was very courteous and professional. He clearly explained the situation and steps he was taking to resolve the issue. I was very satisfied with his work. I thought the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company Service: Drain cleaning
We had a main drain clog and they had sent out William. He was very professional, helpful and was knowledgeable. It took some time but he was very persistent and with some time he cleared the clog. We would highly recommend Rooter Hero! Their prices are reasonable too!
I am not usually one to leave reviews but today is different. The interaction that I experienced with my Tech Cjance was amazing! He made sure I understood every step of the process and ensured me that the job would be done in a timely fashion and he was very professional. I have had bad experiences with some companies in the past but thanks to his wonderful professionalism I know what company I want to contact for all of my future needs! I could not ask for better service from a better person. I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family in the future and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
