I am not usually one to leave reviews but today is different. The interaction that I experienced with my Tech Cjance was amazing! He made sure I understood every step of the process and ensured me that the job would be done in a timely fashion and he was very professional. I have had bad experiences with some companies in the past but thanks to his wonderful professionalism I know what company I want to contact for all of my future needs! I could not ask for better service from a better person. I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family in the future and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

We had a main drain clog and they had sent out William. He was very professional, helpful and was knowledgeable. It took some time but he was very persistent and with some time he cleared the clog. We would highly recommend Rooter Hero! Their prices are reasonable too!

I called Rooter hero when my barely 2 yr old water heater had a leak and they were quick to respond. Cris came to the rescue in the same day and diagnosed the issue. He recommended a more reliable brand than my current unit and was even able to get me a discount on everything. He finished the removal and installation all within the same afternoon. I was very satisfied with the results and friendly professional service. Id recommend this company.
