I was very pleased with the work performed by Franky and Chris. Highly professional and know exactly what they’re doing. My broken electric water heater was replaced immediately and I’m enjoying hot water again. Of the three highly rated contractors in my community, Rooter Hero Plumbing gave the most reasonable price. Cris & Rob were professional, kind, honest, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a timely manner. I had a an emergency situation with a leak repair and their fast response to our call saved us from what could have been a worse situation. Cris & Rob also came back the following day to fix another leak that I asked for them to repair last minute. I will definitely be calling them in the future. Thank you for going above & beyond! We had a main drain clog and they had sent out William. He was very professional, helpful and was knowledgeable. It took some time but he was very persistent and with some time he cleared the clog. We would highly recommend Rooter Hero! Their prices are reasonable too!
