Charles and his team were extremely professional , prompt and reliable. The work was completed cleanly and thoroughly. We found Charles to be very knowledgeable and able to suggest options we had not considered. We have much more work needing to be completed in the future and our go to person will be CHARLES STANLEY! BEWARE! Charles abandoned our project after a very expensive brand new refrigerator was stolen from the home. He did not perform all the contracted agreed upon work. He was paid 3/4 of the amount due and stopped showing up. He made nothing but excuses and lied about his guys being on site when they were not. We are in the process of court action.
