Don't hire this contractor. Very pricy, and loots your money. NOT trustworthy. Response to Charles's response Dec-24th: You charged me $1000 for doing the following: 1) Drywall patch couple of spots 2) Hook-up a microwave to existing vent 3) Replace the damper in fireplace 4) Replace the hot/cold pipes for washer/dryer 5) Replace weather seal for garage door 6) Hook-up a ring doorbell Total hours spent in the house was 5-6 hours, which is inclusive of some 30-60 mins of lunch time by your 2 men. The work done was good. I don't have any concern about that. My concern is, you din't give a clear labor + parts estimate prior to the work, nor you gave an itemized bill for the jobs completed. You were just firm with a $1000 bill, which seemed too late for me to negotiate at that point. Had you been transparent before the commission of the job, I wouldn't have hired you for your unreasonable estimate. If we take an average of $50/hour for an handyman. Charles and his team did an amazing job repairing my leaking roof. Honesty and knowledge of the business is too notch. Would definitely use their services again.

I called Mr. Stanley to trim down an aluminum pet door for my patio. His first words were, "that's not worth my time." After practically begging him to come to my home which is in Poway where his business is located he agreed to come Monday morning at 8:30am. Monday morning he called and said he couldn't make it and we agreed that Monday after 4pm would work. I was supposed to call him back to confirm. At 3pm I called and left a message that 4:30 would work. One of his employees called me back from a different number and said he had run into some issues at a current job and would need to reschedule. So we did for Wednesday at 7:30am. Well folks I woke up this morning, opened my garage door, wrote out my check, had the door all ready to be trimmed, and waited on someone to show up, call me to say they were on the way, running late or something and from 7:30am - 8:15am I waited. I got nothing! Hence this review. I have since called another handyman in town, who was very profes
