Pool Solar: Two week wait for appointment to evaluate requirement and create proposal. Return appointment to actually do work is another two weeks. Limited description on proposal. Three different technicians visited. $200 per visit. Late arrival. Little continuity from one tech to another. Result was over $600 to replace one pressure relief valve. I asked to see old valve, but tech had already thrown it away. New valve was not painted black and secondary leak was not repaired. Overpriced compared to competitor. Did not repair problem when they arrived. More leaks after first visit. Broke roof tile. Did not replace tile when they broke. I had extra tile on site, but technician didn't inform me until after they had departed. Additional two-week delay to discuss repair. Three months from initial request to repair/replace broken coupling. My solution was to contact competitor. Work was completed the following day. Competitor price was less than one third of Sierra Pacifi

Sierra Pacific was great. Mary from sales was extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly. The install team, (Chris L, Ross G and Emilio) were awesome. Got the job done quickly and very professional. Would definitely recommend! Service: HVAC system repair

Absolutely terrible experience with Sierra Pacific. After waiting over a month to get an appointment to replace a pool solar panel that had a leak we finally got a service tech to the house. He said he couldn’t repair because it was a 10’ panel and not a 12’ as listed and they would have to order one because he only had a 12’ in the truck. Waited two weeks for next appointment and they called the day of the appointment after I took off work a second time saying the part didn’t arrive. Waited another week and took a third day off work and when the new tech showed up said it now wasn’t a 10’ panel that we had been waiting a month on but that it was a 12’ as originally thought. Of course he didn’t have a 12’ in his truck and had to go back to shop to get one delaying it another 6 hours. Seriously unbelievable. Not a sorry, not an oops my bad. Instead I got a tech who then tried to charge me for other “work” he thought needed to be done that ranged between 800-3500$. Even though the Panel
