Referred through the Costco home services, I thought this would be a more reliable, reputable company. I purchased a new Lennox electric heat pump/ complete package unit and it has been a total nightmare. It took nearly 3 weeks for the unit to arrive and was finally installed on a Monday. Not producing heat, a tech came out on Tues - thought they found the issue. Heat went out as soon as the temp dropped in the night. Wed & Thurs of that week, same thing. Techs came out, seemingly resolving the issue. By Friday, they just stopped coming, sending the rep out to insure that it is in fact NOT working. I've been calling the sales rep, Don, almost daily, he has spoken to the owner, Jason Hanson, and still I have not had my issue resolved. I replaced an old working system for a new non-working one, and nobody seems to know why it's not functioning properly. The crew was excellent. They showed up on time. They were very friendly and worked around me while I was working from home. They installed a new electrical box on the wall that was smaller than the original box and asked if I had matching paint. I did have matching paint and a paint brush. The did a touchup on the wall and it looks nice. They are not painters but it was nice to have them paint the wall for me. The installation crew was responsive to my requests. If I did not want a wire or pipe on a wall, they did their best to enclose the equipment. The new AC/heater was very loud in some rooms that got too hot after the new installation. They brought some new dampers and balanced the system and it works great. It is also quiet. I did buy the best air conditioner system that I could find and it was expensive. Absolutely terrible experience with Sierra Pacific. After waiting over a month to get an appointment to replace a pool solar panel that had a leak we finally got a service tech to the house. He said he couldn’t repair because it was a 10’ panel and not a 12’ as listed and they would have to order one because he only had a 12’ in the truck. Waited two weeks for next appointment and they called the day of the appointment after I took off work a second time saying the part didn’t arrive. Waited another week and took a third day off work and when the new tech showed up said it now wasn’t a 10’ panel that we had been waiting a month on but that it was a 12’ as originally thought. Of course he didn’t have a 12’ in his truck and had to go back to shop to get one delaying it another 6 hours. Seriously unbelievable. Not a sorry, not an oops my bad. Instead I got a tech who then tried to charge me for other “work” he thought needed to be done that ranged between 800-3500$. Even though the Panel
