Bill's Heating & Air Conditioning

ART the Technician was amazing! I had my Goodman system installed 7 years by another local company and they strongly recommended I replace my entire system, and I was very confused by all the upgrade and options available and the high pressure sales approach. I decided to get a second opinion. After reading yelp reviews I knew there was only one company for me. Art from Bill's heating & AC arrived very promptly came out and checked my system and performed a very comprehensive inspection and maintenance procedure. I was extremely pleased with the result. Art is extremely talented at explaining what and how things should be done, and is very personable and really cares about the customer. He very much exceeded by expectations. I feel very confident in my heating and cooling system, and when I do reinstall I know who I will call.

Definitely a great find! Extremely in the know when it comes to his trade. My capacitor went out on my condenser or whatever you call those things, I don’t know much about this stuff but he fixed it and now my air conditioner runs perfect!

We had a problems with our fan blowing and not turning off, but no cold air was circulating. I called up Bill's early mid morning on Friday and told him about our problem. I told him we had a new baby in the house. He was very nice and said he could be there in about an hour. He found that a small transformer had gone bad. He had the part in his truck and had the AC up and running in about 40 minutes. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He made sure all the functions with the fan, heat and air conditioning worked before he left. I am keeping his card in case I have future problems.
