This company works for warranty companies. He rigged the wiring and 3 weeks later the same thing happens. But would not come back out to fix it. I change warranty companies and they send the same guy out. He says now the problem is in the wall there’s a wire neutral open. He said he can’t fix it and he was supposed to fix my thermostat but he didn’t. So I have a guy come out tear the wall out to get to the wire this Luciano says was open. He was wrong again and won’t come out. But got paid to rip me off. Don’t let him rip you off get someone else or he will cost you more and doesn’t care. The technician was friendly, arrived on time and found the problem immediately with my ceiling fan! One of the screws fell out of the blades, and so I just stopped turning! However, the women in the office had a hard time with English, and I had given them the gate code to get in because my car light on my gate was not working And after calling a second time to verify, she had the correct code. She still didn’t have the correct code, and then when the technician arrived, she had given him the wrong code, and he had to call to verify. Service: Fan repair
