Water heater replacement. The technician Matthew came. He was timely, knowledgeable, effective. He answered our operation questions. It was an excellent installation experience!!! Two thumbs up!!!!
I have a crack on the tank of my toilet, the plumber who came to my house sent a report to my home warranty that I cracked the tank, that something heavy was on top of the lid, and that the lid was not on correctly. How can he come up with this theory, he must be a psychic. He never asked me if something heavy was in the tank, just assumed and reported. This company made $100 in 5 minutes and speculated on why the tank cracked. Reporting this company to the better business bureau. Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing leak detection
Chris came and just fixed our leak. He diagnosed it and was able to fix everything in 20 minutes. Appreciate his timeliness, professionalism and ability to fix our issue so quickly.
