I recently had the pleasure of working with John Alvarado from Option One Plumbing, and I must say that his exceptional service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. John was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable in his work, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the issue at hand and the steps he would take to resolve it. Throughout the service appointment, John displayed excellent communication skills, keeping me informed of his progress and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. He was also respectful of my property, taking care to clean up after himself and leaving the work area in pristine condition. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with John's expertise and customer service skills, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. Option One Plumbing is lucky to have such a dedicated and talented employee on their team.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I sent a request through the website and was given an appointment right away. I work from home and had a call that was bumping into my appointment time. Option One was incredibly flexible and allowed me to adjust the timing. Oscar showed up exactly when I was told he would be there. He took a look at what the issue was and gave me a thorough explanation as to what needed to be done and why. Again, when he was done, he explained to me the work that he had completed and how it was going to correct the situation. He even took the time to look at my tankless water heater and make a recommendation for service to keep it working properly. Pricing was incredibly fair, but the service is what has me sold. I've found my forever plumbing company.

James, Our technician did an outstanding job. We were in the middle of recording a TV show and couldn't turn the water off in the tub. He located the shut-off and turned off the water. We were able to complete taping the show and he returned with the parts and fixed the valve. We were able to resume taping the show and complete everything on time.
