Schaef Air

Poor customer service. Had a whole hvac system installed in October and was told that the system had a 10 year warranty. We have called 4 times in the last 3 months and have not received any response. Be warned, if they can't back up warranties with proper written warranty, how to you know it's valid... Work was done quickly. Would have given five stars, but had communication problem making installation appointment. People need to book installation months in advance.
