Work was done quickly. Would have given five stars, but had communication problem making installation appointment. People need to book installation months in advance.

Well, I am completely floored! What a great experience. We wanted to install mini-splits in our three upstairs bedrooms and got three estimates. We were very impressed with the owners and the office staff. We had additional questions about the installation following the estimate, and they were more than willing to come a second time to discuss details. When the installers arrived, they came with brand new drop cloths because they knew we have white carpet. Impressive! There were initially four installers and they were extremely courteous, efficient and careful with our home. Midway through the installation, two supervisors came by to assist. When they were finished, our home was as clean as when they arrived!! We got a complete tutorial on how to maintain the units and how to work the remotes.
