Our system is old and needs replacing. We got bids and Sims gave us a very fair bid. In comparing apples to apples (same system & brand names) It's amazing how some companies try to mark things way up. Sims was the most reasonable. We decided to hold off on the replacement for now, but they still come out and do maintenance on our old system for a very reasonable price. Always friendly & prompt. Can't give a high enough recommendation. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Bob and John of SIMS Heating and Air did a great job replacing our AC unit and coil. It took them just under 3 hours to finish. They were both very courteous and professional and answered all my questions. Services: Installation, Install AC
