SIMS Heating and Air

I purchased my unit from SIMS Heating and Air 10 years ago and have been relying on them for maintenance every other year ever since then. Making appointments for such service is always met with a polite and timely response. The company's technicians know their business well and aim to please their customers. It couldn't be more obvious that the staff takes deep pride in their work; for not only are they very thorough in attending to the stan-dard components of keeping our heating and cooling systems in good condition, but also they go the extra mile to satisfy clientele in regard to issues of particular concern. Our system is old and needs replacing. We got bids and Sims gave us a very fair bid. In comparing apples to apples (same system & brand names) It's amazing how some companies try to mark things way up. Sims was the most reasonable. We decided to hold off on the replacement for now, but they still come out and do maintenance on our old system for a very reasonable price. Always friendly & prompt.
