Our water heater went out yesterday and luckily we were referred to Jose! He gave us the best deal around and was at our house within an hour. We called at 9:30 and by noon we were all fixed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you again!

On Saturday my friend told me she had a slab leak and that same night lucky me, I got a slab leak, apparently it’s contagious! I immediately called my friend to ask about her plumber. She spoke highly of them. I called Jose at Galaxy and he sent over Keith and I have to say he was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly do the repairs. I was expecting him to have to go through my living room wood floors but he was able to access through the drywall and another vent from my kitchen. I was busy on a telephone work call when they finished so when I came around the corner to look at what I expected to see a mess, I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of damage. They advised in advance that they didn’t do drywall. Wow, looks so much better than I thought and my slab leak was fixed. They rerouted pipe and sleeved it. I talked to the owner, Jose, over the phone...he told me that his plumber will be at my house in 30 minutes and the job will take 1 hour. Jose was spot on!
