James was fantastic, he helped us solve a problem with water pressure and also a leak at our main supply. He came out the same day, quoted me a very reasonable price 1/3 what another place quoted. I got a text message and a phone call that he was in route. He worked quickly to resolve the issue and exceeded my expectations also replacing a hose bib. I wish I could give them 10-stars. Before I called Integrity Plumbing, I had a nightmare experience with a plumber that my home warranty sent to my house to replace my water heater. It was such a horrible experience that I decided that I would rather pay again than have them come out to fix what wasn’t fixed properly. This is the first time I have needed a plumber since I moved in the area, so based on all great reviews I called Integrity and they were so professional, well-priced for the work (I had another quote that was much higher), proactively found ways to save me money and did a great job quickly. It’s rare for me to take time write a review, it has to be a really ‘wow’ experience for me to do it and this is that rare instance. I highly recommend.
