Just called to get a copy of a report that happened in 2018. Ashley the front desk clerk said it was not her responsibility to walk upstair and get the report that the homeowner should have saved it. Then she hung up. Awesome customer service. Will not be using them or referring them out to my clients.
If you like paying double for your plumbing, ( I paid 300 dollars an hour) then you should use them. Services: Garbage disposal installation, Faucet installation
I'm not going to post my same very lengthy review stating the details of exactly how Brown Plumbing completed ripped me off, lied and provided absolutely zero value for $751. Check out my Yelp review if you care to read the story. I learned after the fact that they are well known for ripping people off and charging exhorbitant prices. They are incompetent and dishonest--misdiagnosed more than once and ended up costing me hundreds more with their bad diagnosis. I don't think you could do much worse than them.
