Our 27 year old instant hot water circulating system developed a pinhole leak downstream from corrosion of a single galvanized/copper connection. After contact, based on reviews, Mark presented three possible estimated solutions for my choice. Patrick modernized the connections to our 11 year old tank and worked through a series of fittings to restore the circulating pump. When the copied previous pump orientation was found incorrect, Mark and Patrick collaborated on approaches to the challenging hookup and Patrick returned. 23 connections later, the pump is optimally installed and new junctions should make future replacement of pump and tank easier. Attention to the challenge and customer satisfaction were superb, though almost certainly not profitable, and I highly recommend and would use them again.
