The inside sales staff is inadequate at best. I called two times describing what I wanted, they ordered it and we picked it up and installed one only to find out it was useless and would not do what we wanted. Called to replace it and was advised because it was electric the one item installed was not returnable (even though it was never used and never functioned). Now, to return the item Chris was very emotional on the phone, yelling and argumentative. I would take my business elsewhere and avoid this company.
Customer service could have been alot better the person who helped me seemed super grumpy or he doesn't like his job an he made it very clear with the way he acted
Judging by some of the other reviews I’m not the only one to have a terrible customer service experience with this location. Steer clear of this place if you have a choice, it’s not worth dealing with the rude and condescending staff.
