I don’t regularly do reviews but I knew it was important to do this one for the outstanding service we received. We worked with Theresa on fireplace inserts, she was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Rusty visited our home to work up an estimate. Rusty provided excellent service and went above and beyond providing options, pricing, and ultimately showing us how to get the best out of what we already had. It has been so long since we received good honest service like that we couldn’t stop thanking him. I miss the days of trusting someone without worry of poor service or overpricing. Rainbow Hearth & Home and Rusty reminded us those days still exist. Truly appreciate their service and won’t go anywhere else for future projects like this.

I was directed to this company from the manufacture of my stove. Even though I am out of the service area, I got a call back. The rep was super nice, and well informed and offered solid practical information. Even entertaining my 15-20 “rookie” questions. I would certainly recommend this company based on my experience, and would give them business if I lived in their service area!

Can't say I recommend going in if you're a young woman. I need to replace my stovepipe and was talked down to because of my age/gender. I don't look it, but I'm quite handy and capable, was told to get a pro out to my house rather than handle anything myself. I feel confident that if my husband had gone in he would have had a better experience. Looks like I'll be ordering what I want from the internet.
