Just got a new 2 ton 2 stage ac installed yesterday 6-22-23. It was not the one I was expecting when they came to deliver and install. I was told I was getting an inverter system small unit and received a traditional unit that is quite a bit bigger than my old unit that was also 2 ton 2 stage. I received a slight discount for the confusion, that I had to ask for. Receptionist gave me a model number, that wasn’t included in the contract, and it did not match the model number of the delivered unit. I only signed after I had verbal confirmation of which model I was getting. I can’t be without ac during the heat coming up, so I don’t feel as though I had much of a choice after waiting weeks without ac. New ac works ok. I’ll be back to update after a better test of the new unit next week with 100+ degree weather. Update: The new unit works good and kept up with 110 degree heat. Apart from a fair amount of confusion, Jesse wanted to rectify the situation, and he made it right.
