DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS! Rip off artists! Made the mistake of calling Roto Rooter to clear a corrugated landscape drain. Technician ran a snake about 4 ft into pipe and told me he couldn’t clear the line due to root intrusion. 15 minutes tops. Presented me with a $195 service bill! Called business owner who was rude, unapologetic, and ultimately unhelpful or flexible. There was no prior disclosure of service cost which I will partially own but feel should have been clarified by business. Horrible experience!
Chris was amazing I only had to pay an hour of labor and he had it fixed in 15 minutes $220 well spent. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
I had a clogged drain and a very nice man named jerrett came out and fixed the problem with a really great attitude and worked in a very professional manner took care of the situation in less than a hour, I would recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Rotor Rootor!!!! Service: Drain cleaning
