Great experience. Called on a Friday morning. They told me Saturday but I asked for today. She checked and said YES between 3-6. Right at 3 Tom arrived. Got my mini split back up and running. Big heat spell coming so I'm very grateful. Also some cleaning/maintence tips. ????

John, Mike and Derek helped me with a hot water re-pipe project and were kind and courteous to work with. They explained the work they were doing, prepped the area, worked until complete, about 6 hours and completely cleaned up before they left. My only negatives are the prices charged, although they may be fair and that they take away parts they replace, only to recycle the metals and keep the funds. My opinion is that the company should be asking the homeowners if they want to keep the parts and explain that they are recyclable. Most homeowners will say no, but homeowners should still be asked.

First of all , This is Robert Brown, not Susan. I called and ordered an annual heater and AC checkup. I love the technicians I have dealt with at Burgeson's . They are clean , respectful, professional and on time. The overall service call is a little higher than others, but not outrageous. Their problem is with the price of parts, Their check-up revealed I needed Mars 12286 capacitor. check it out online. It costs $17 - $26 . They charged me over ten times that amount. When I politely addressed my displeasure with the charge the tech called his supervisor who offered a 20% discount. In the beginning they had already given me a 15% discount so in reality it was only 5% more. It's like they are trying to pay for airline tickets to Hawaii in one call. I did not like having the tech in the middle of this.
