Luis saved me $$$$ and time from repairs that were recommended from my previous plumber that were not needed. He showed me what needed to be done with pictures and videos. Rick and his partner showed up on time and were very friendly. They took a look at my tankless water heater and did a pretty thorough inspection. Rick explained what he thought the problem was and gave me several possible solutions. He was very patient with all my questions (I had quite a few) answered all with explanations for a layman. Had a great experience with a MW technical today - Eddie Melgoza. Professional, honest / didn’t seem to being trying to price gouge me, and fixed my issue with my tankless water heater. He also let me know about their yearly servicing fee that covers the tankless water heater + HVAC which I think my whole HOA is onboard to do now ???? I’d highly recommend him!
