After some really terrible plumber experiences, we have used Monkey Wrench several times now for various plumbing issues at our house. Our technician Eddie is fantastic - he always tries to find the most effective solutions and will sometimes recommend to NOT do something based on his professional experience (shocking from a residential contractor, I hope he doesn’t get in trouble for this). They’re not the cheapest guys out there, but I genuinely trust Eddie to make the best decisions for our house. I’ve recommended them to several family members, and every person on staff has been unbelievably patient and honest.
