DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! This is real person review, other 5 star rating might just be the bots! This is just an agency work with other plumbing company, themselves don’t have any plumber under them. The plumbing company they work with is soooooo bad!!!! They cannot do the right judgement of the issue and they do a lot of unnecessary investigations that might harm your place!!!!!For my case, they sent a plumber from another plumbing company called 5 star best plumbing, the plumber did a lot of unnecessary investigations, cut the dry wall at my place and finally told us the blockage is outside of the building and we need to call HOA to fix the issue. He left our place with the kitchen sink still blocked and charged us $800+! However, our HOA sent another plumber they trusted and easily fix the issue in a short time, we were told the blockage has nothing to do with the outside, the prior judgement of the issue is completely wrong. Now I tried to argue to the 5 star plumbing company

I was very grateful that I found this company. Their plumber was excellent in performing my leaky faucet repair needs today. He went above and beyond in doing it and answered all my questions without any hesitation. He was very careful also to do not track any debris on the floor while doing the repair service. Highly recommended to others!
