We were in a pinch and Oro Pro helped us out in a big way! We're really grateful to Jorge and his crew for fixing our backed-up water drain and saving us $$ with their expertise and professionalism. We'll definitely call them the next time anything comes up! Service: Sewer repair
Our toilet wouldn’t flush in our one-bathroom condo. After calling a couple of other “emergency “ plumbers, we contacted Oro Pro. That was around 1PM. By around 4 PM, Jorge had the repair completed! The toilet will need to be replaced in the near future, and we will not hesitate to call Oro Pro for that installation, and a couple of other plumbing repairs/replacements we’ve been delaying to have done. Chris was punctual and very helpful. He suggested to call the manufacturer and see if I could the part for free, which I did. He was able to replace the water heater panel the next day after I received the replacement.
