GIV HVAC Installation & Repair

I waited around all day for another company and got fed up with them for not showing up in the window they told me, so I called Igor from GIV HVAC. He arrived within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem with our HVAC, showed me everything that was wrong / what he was doing and fixed the problem within 1-1.5 hrs. This was all before the other company even showed up. He was extremely professional, on time and a super nice guy. He was very up front with pricing which was very reasonable. Earlier this year we had our A/C system replaced by GIV and I waited until our first really hot few weeks to write a review. In short, I couldn't be happier. These guys seriously know their stuff. They advised me on every decision, weighing pros and cons, working within my budget, and most importantly discussing what would be the BEST option for my home. The installation is SUPER clean and professional, way better than the previous system. They even managed to divert excess pressure into the garage, giving a cooling vent and now providing A/C into our half finished garage, which helps keep the room above much cooler. Our energy bill has been dramatically lower and the temperature much much better. Honestly, I can't recommend these guys enough. They do great work, are honest folks, and care deeply about the quality of their craft.

Oleg and his father Igor were great to work with when my AC died and I needed a new one put in quickly. They were at my door the next morning and did a great job installing. I check around on the pricing and they were fairest of them all. I ended up having a external pump go out a couple months later and Oleg came out and fixed it and didn't charge since I had just used them for the AC. Great company.
