I was off-gassing two space heaters before bringing them inside and accidentally plugged them in on the same circuit. The circuit breaker tripped. The garage, lights, and outlets were all dead and my car was trapped in the garage. I consulted with Dr. Google and learned that I had to turn the circuit breaker switch all the way off before turning it back on. That failed. Further research lead me to believe that I required an electrician because the circuit required replacement since I couldn’t get it to switch back on. Bummer. Contacted home warranty Saturday evening 6p who said they’d send someone. I fell asleep waiting. Sunday morning I called back 7a and they said they’d send someone. 12:00 Noon the electricians called and said they’re canceling because they’re out out the area. Home warranty told me to just call around on my own then and see if I can get some help on my own. I called Zediker because 1. first/only one I saw Open on a Sunday. 2. proximity, so he wouldn’t have to drive

Talked me through it over the phone for a quick fix when he could have come and charged me an hour for a five minute job! A real straight shooter and stand-up guy. THANK YOU!!

Been a month and Emmet has barely done any of the $15k job we contracted him for. Only thing he seems good at is making excuses. We were never given a timeline. His communication is intermittent. I've even taken off work to be home for service, only for him to cancel a few hours before the time he was supposed to arrive. No sense of professionalism whatever. Our home is in danger of burning down due to our faulty wiring, yet Emmett is approaching the situation with the ambition of a sloth. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone that can actually deliver on their promises.
