Do not trust them. They will lie to get more money out of you, especially if you don't know about plumbing like me. They replaced my water heater with some old junk. They said that they updated my water heater to code, but after 7 months, the same issue happened. I contacted another plumber, and he pointed out that none of the water heater setup was up to code, I will be contacting code enforcement to confirm.

If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would. They are FLAKEY. If you are looking for a plumber LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!The owners wife was rude. The owner as well. Excuses after excuses is what we got. Went through American Home Shield. All of it started on January 20th, 2023 and it’s now April 3rd, 2023 and the issue we had hasn’t been resolved yet. American home Shield has called them and we were promised that they would show up and fix the problem. 3 different appointments and 2 No Call and No Show. The very last appointment we had they did show up and told us that another guy was going to come after going to the store. And NO ONE came back. Absolutely ridiculous! So as of today a new contractor will be coming instead of this horrible company! I would never recommend or use them EVER.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Missed two appointments. No call, nothing. I had to call over two days leaving messages each time before finally someone got back to me. Brandon is supposedly the field manager, but he never answers his phone. If you are have plumbing needs, run as fast as you can from this place. You'll thank me later.
