If I could give them negative stars, I would. Missed two appointments. No call, nothing. I had to call over two days leaving messages each time before finally someone got back to me. Brandon is supposedly the field manager, but he never answers his phone. If you are have plumbing needs, run as fast as you can from this place. You'll thank me later.

Home warranty company American Home Shield sent them to repair/replace my water heater. Was asked if I had power of attorney ? Randon the owner said it would cost 3,ooo.oo for heater. I venmoed them that amount. Then he said it would be another 5500.00 to complete job. Stated ins co. Probably would not pay. I gave him 5500.00 cash. Investigated and found he does not have a contractors liscense ! He stated he would return 4000.00 dollars to me. It has been 22 days, no money! Wife communicates and is very rude. Saying we’ll pay you alright? Home warranty Co. has not done anything. They said he promised me to return 4000.00 in 3 weeks. I’m fed up with their excuses and lies. Do not under any circumstance deal with this company. Reported to BBB and CLB no results as yet.

If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would. They are FLAKEY. If you are looking for a plumber LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!The owners wife was rude. The owner as well. Excuses after excuses is what we got. Went through American Home Shield. All of it started on January 20th, 2023 and it’s now April 3rd, 2023 and the issue we had hasn’t been resolved yet. American home Shield has called them and we were promised that they would show up and fix the problem. 3 different appointments and 2 No Call and No Show. The very last appointment we had they did show up and told us that another guy was going to come after going to the store. And NO ONE came back. Absolutely ridiculous! So as of today a new contractor will be coming instead of this horrible company! I would never recommend or use them EVER.
