An absolute horrible experience. They came out, told me the issue and they did their thing. After it was supposedly fixed, the ac air came out the same as before (not going below 90 degrees on thermostat). They refused to do anything else on the spot because they did what was going to be the best outcome. I was shocked, they informed me to give the system 24 hrs and indeed after such time nothing was fixed. Customer service and the personnel were awful, refused to fix it or do anything since they advise me that was going to be the best outcome. Avoid this place, there are other AC Repair places for much cheaper that actually fix it.

This company was responsive like most of the reviews stated. The technician was professional. However, beware of cost .My unit was not blowing cold air. Andrew cleaned it and stated he replaced the "battery" which I later realized was a capacitor and charged me $975.00 ! It was definitely a big bill for a "battery ". Service: A/C system repair
