He is always helping with the plumbing issue I have at the salon. He explains throughly and gives us advice on what is the better route to take for our issue.

We had a major sewer problem with our home. We called Benjamin's Plumbing in desperation. We explained the issue and we're told within the hour they would have a technician come out and assist with our problem. About 45 minutes later their was a knock at our door. Ben introduce himself and asked us a few questions. He was very polite and professional. It only took him around 20 minutes to diagnosed the problem. Ben then explained what needed to be done. He gave us a few options to mitigate the problem. The whole time he communicated step by step. This was extremely important to us so that we would know how much everything would cost. We did a bathroom remodel and were recommended to use Ben and his crew for the shower plumbing. He made it out quickly and worked with our tile contractor to get everything done the way the tile contractor said he wanted it. Ben and his team finished everything and we we moved on with our remodel. I ended up calling Ben back two additional times to install a total of three faucets, one for each of the sinks in both of our bathrooms. Each time we called him back, he made it out either the same day or the next day, and the work was finished quickly with no issues. We met Ben by chance when we were referred to him and I’m glad it all worked out this way because now I know we have a plumbing company we know and trust.
