DECO Air Conditioning and Heating

These guys are honest. Had another company quote me $8,500 because they had to replace my unit, furnace and ducting. Deco came out and fixed my current unit for under $300. It's been over a year now with no issues. When I do decide to switch out everything, this is the company I will go with.

John and Jesse are awesome They have been working on all are families a/c systems for years. Two years ago we upgraded our heating and a/c unit on our roof , they knocked it out of the park. Came in under budget. We had a new roof put on our home and roofers messed some things up . I called and Jesse called me right back and we’re out here right away , 20 minutes later all done . They are great. When you hire heating and a/c technicians you don’t know how honest they are. They can tell you anything and you have to believe it . John and Jesse are very honest and don’t play games. I don’t really right reviews but I had to on them. You can feel real confident in hiring them. They are the best in the business.

I bought a Lennox outside condenser unit from Deco 5 years ago and was told I have a 10yr parts warranty and 1 free tune up. So I finally called now for the tune up because it wasn't blowing cold enough. So he comes and checks freon it's good, checks temp from only 1 vent and says its cooling fine its because it's too hot outside. Doesnt clean the coils or check filter because I told him I did that and it didnt help. When I confront him he says I had already done those things so he didnt. So what if I did, your supposed to do a complete tune up, which I had paid for that's included. He seemed in a hurry to leave. Then I ask him for a filter and he argues that I dont need it cuz I already changed it. What the hell man just cuz your not gonna make money on this visit shouldn't mean u can be rude and not check everything properly. Before leaving he tells me I need a new furnace and quotes me $5800 with install and he can't do it till February. Quote was ridiculously to much because I've s
