DECO Air Conditioning and Heating

I am so thankful that I found Deco Air!! I read their reviews on Google and that alone made me choose them. You can tell people take the time to really write about their experience with this company and not just write 1-2 sentences, but they write paragraphs!! It was over 100 degrees in my house when my kids and I got home from a family vacation. I needed someone to fix our AC immediately because I have small children with asthma. I did my research online and called Deco first. The woman who answered was very sweet and kind and took her time to explain everything to me. She even tried to help me fix it over the phone. We then determined that I needed a professional out there and luckily they were passing through my area and said they could be there in less than 1 hour. The two technicians showed up and they showed me how to maintain my unit and keep it running smooth. Turns out there is a filter I am suppose to change every few months, opps! I bought a Lennox outside condenser unit from Deco 5 years ago and was told I have a 10yr parts warranty and 1 free tune up. So I finally called now for the tune up because it wasn't blowing cold enough. So he comes and checks freon it's good, checks temp from only 1 vent and says its cooling fine its because it's too hot outside. Doesnt clean the coils or check filter because I told him I did that and it didnt help. When I confront him he says I had already done those things so he didnt. So what if I did, your supposed to do a complete tune up, which I had paid for that's included. He seemed in a hurry to leave. Then I ask him for a filter and he argues that I dont need it cuz I already changed it. What the hell man just cuz your not gonna make money on this visit shouldn't mean u can be rude and not check everything properly.
