Our septic tank failed and we needed help fast, and Josh was able to come out quickly and help us out with a quote. He explained everything that would need to be done, what to expect from the job, and quoted us a fair price. His level of knowledge and expertise was very high and he relayed other possibilities and explained how things worked very well. He even called afterwards to follow up on what we wanted to do and was very professional and kind. We ultimately went with another company that could fix our tank immediately, but Diamond house is definitely a quality company I would consider in the future.

My neighbor had called these plumbers to correct an issue he had. While they were there working, I asked if they could fit a service on my water heater before they left. Josh quickly realigned his schedule to accommodate me. They did an excellent job at really short notice. Probably saved me having to get a new water heater. They also installed a pump in conjunction with the heater flow lines. Overall, an excellent experience. I keep their info attached to the water heater. I know who to call.
