We called Empire Custom Cooling on 4th of July weekend because our air had stopped working. Travis answered our phone call on a Saturday and came out on Sunday to help us with our air conditioner!!! He was on time, personable, knowledgeable and completely transparent with what was going on. His communication was outstanding both on phone, via text and in person.
