I had Ron come out for my backed up toilet. He was so nice, on time, cleared my toilet for me and only charged me for the time he was there. I would definitely use them again! Service: Toilet repair
I called E R block plumbing because I had a slab leak and asked the dispatcher to send an experienced technician what I got was a kid that had only been on the job for 6 months and even though his own leak detector guy said and pinpointed the leak the tech replaced the wrong line and subsequently said that there was another leak because of his inexperience or dishonesty it ended up costing me another claim and eventually the insurance company dropping my coverage. I tried to talk to the owner to resolve the issue he said he would but he was just as dishonest and blew me off, now I’m having issues with insurance coverage And I’m blaming them and their dishonesty for this problem Jess.
