We had our brand new system installed earlier this year and the gentlemen who performed the initial installation were professional and courteous. Just recently we had a necessary repair performed and the gentlemen who completed the job were just as professional and courteous. Excellent service from beginning to end! Started our estimate with David. Explained all details of ac unit. David and his team were very professional, trustworthy and the installers did a immaculate job installing our new ac unit. They also corrected our ductwork that was installed improperly by another company. Would definitely recommend this company and we are so happy with our new ac and their service. Would highly recommend Fire n Ice! Josue and the 2 other gentlemen that assisted with the installation were were completely professional and courteous. They informed me of the installation process and made sure I understood my new system before they departed. I felt horrible seeing them work in the hot sun, but these guys were troopers!
