Jim & Sons Plumbing was the most courteous ,professional, and honest company I have dealt with in a long time.I was told that they would be at my house at 10am on Monday and I asked if they could make it sooner I’ll be home. I got a call from them asking if it would be okay if he started at 8:30 am I said yes and he arrived introduced himself and started detecting the water leak , traced the water line, found the water leak , told me what it my options were, told me what it would cost which was extremely fair. I told him to fix the problem which he did and my water was back on now I’m doing great without the stress of a leak Service: Plumbing leak repair

After poor service and no results from another plumbing company that told me I needed a complete home re-pipe job and new water heater (which they never showed up to install), Jim & Sons came and fixed the leak under my home and fixed my water heater. As a property manager I deal with a lot of vendors and plumbers in particular. I found Jim & Son's on social media and decided to give them a try. They came out in a timely manner to provide a VERY comptetitve estimate. I decied to move forward with them to do the work. The tech (Aaron) was very good, and got the job done.
