After poor service and no results from another plumbing company that told me I needed a complete home re-pipe job and new water heater (which they never showed up to install), Jim & Sons came and fixed the leak under my home and fixed my water heater. The main water line to my house burst unexpectedly, so I was in crisis mode. I'm also on a budget so I needed to shop around for quotes. Stephen and his crew showed up within an hour of my call and quickly determined what needed to be done and how much it would cost me. They quoted me a great price, replaced the main line to the street, and even replaced the nasty galvanized water supply pipes, updated all the valves, and installed a pressure regulator in under 4 hours! I couldn't be happier! This was also the only plumbing company that even mentioned a warranty. The water main is covered for 30 years, so I can sleep at night. I hope I won't be back anytime soon, but if I have another crisis I know who to call.
