My bathroom faucet would stop working periodically and I searched around for a plumber. I spoke with a very professional and helpful woman on the phone who booked my appointment and a gentleman was sent out a few days later. Upon arrival, he was on time and quick to deal with the issue. Every move was made with knowledge and speed, my faucet was working again in less than five minutes. The past that impressed me the most was arriving early and covering his shoes when he walked in. Make it Drain does amazing work! They know what they are talking about and they fit you into their schedule right away. They can handle all things plumbing related and only use the best quality materials when they have to do replacements. We had our main sewer line from the street back up. They ran a camera and discovered we had major root intrusion and the clay pipe had begun to separate. They dug an 8ft hole down to the problem area, ran a liner through the clay pipe and replaced the connection. We are so thankful to no longer have to worry about our plumbing backing up. We will be calling Marc and Ean for all of our future plumbing needs. This was a big job and I’ve never felt more confident in hired contracts. They are excellent to work with!
