Brett responded to our call, came out took measurements, evaluated our unit inside and outside . He was very polite and eager to explain how our unit works, and why we would need what he was recommending to us. I appreciated that he listen to our needs and didn't try to over sell us, and was able to get us a quick installation. We scheduled with MSP to come out on a Thursday morning after our AC stopped working on a Tuesday night (they could have come out sooner but we weren't available). Our tech Jayce arrived at the beginning of the 2-hour timeslot we were given. He was overall fantastic throughout the process, took plenty of time to explain (and re-explain) exactly what was going on with our AC, and our options and pricing for fixing it. He got everything up and running for us in about 4 hours with a great demeanor and customer service attitude. The pricing package we got was excellent (in my opinion) including some future cleaning/maintenance to keep the AC working. I would definitely recommend calling them for emergency AC repairs. Our air went out and was 85 in our house. We called them and they sent a Brandon out within a couple of hours. They found the issue fast and fixed the issue very fast. Prices are reasonable, service was honest and professional, and straight forward. We will definitely be using them in the future. Feels good to have cold air again!
