Plymwr Plumbing

This is the most incompetent plumbing service I’ve ever encountered. They have no idea how to schedule, manage their technicians time or actually repair what they are hired to repair. They came to my house to replace a recirculating pump and fix a leak. The technician didn’t have all parts to complete the job so he had to go to Home Depot. When he came back and finished the pump he left before turning our hot water heater back on or checking to see if what he did actually worked. It does not. When you plug in the pump he installed the hot water heater turns off. When with the pump is unplugged, I’ve still basically got cold water. Also he never fixed the other leak. You’d think if I called in to tell them I’m living with cold water because of their mistake they’d hurry to fix it, but here we are a day in a half later and no one has scheduled me a follow appointment after 4 calls, 2 voicemails and a bunch of texts to the technician. Saying this company doesn’t care would be an understat

AHS sent a plumber to fix a valve leak in the bathroom on January 2022. The plumber came and he did not have the parts and so he went to Home Depot. I told him to chage the stem valve and he agreed but did not change it but just replaced the washer only. The leak started again in October and the plumber from Plymwr Plumbing went there and replaced the washer again.The leak started again in November on the same exact valve and they refused and wanted a new work order from the AHS. Since AHS is the one who contracted out the work order it is their responsibility for the repairs that were made. Since the same issue is there it means the previous company didn't do their jobs properly. I will request AHS to send another plumbing company as i am thoroughly disappointed with this company. They didn't take responsiblity for their inefficient workmenship. We called them multiple times and they never responded. Service: Plumbing leak detection
