Plymwr Plumbing

AHS sent a plumber to fix a valve leak in the bathroom on January 2022. The plumber came and he did not have the parts and so he went to Home Depot. I told him to chage the stem valve and he agreed but did not change it but just replaced the washer only. The leak started again in October and the plumber from Plymwr Plumbing went there and replaced the washer again.The leak started again in November on the same exact valve and they refused and wanted a new work order from the AHS. Since AHS is the one who contracted out the work order it is their responsibility for the repairs that were made. Since the same issue is there it means the previous company didn't do their jobs properly. I will request AHS to send another plumbing company as i am thoroughly disappointed with this company. They didn't take responsiblity for their inefficient workmenship. We called them multiple times and they never responded. Service: Plumbing leak detection

We submitted a service request with AHS for a broken pipe in her kitchen. The estimation that was given to our homeowners insurance company included a secondary cleanup drain at a $500 plus out of pocket modification not asked for. Reading other customers dealing with the same thing including unnecessary work that that's not covered. Now we know why this company has an "F " rating with the BBB. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Terrible plumbing company sent by American Home Shield, this is the most unprofessional vendor I have dealt with! Do not hire it or if they send it to you, ask for another company. I called because I had a problem with my water heater, they told me that I had to change it and it was going to cost me almost $900.00 more because they had to put something in so that it would be with the new codes. They take time, they did not answer the phone to make an appointment, it was terrible. After they came, they did not finish the installation, they used the parts of the old water heater, and they did not return my money. The first one that came didn't finish and told me that he had to buy some parts and that he was coming back and never came. I called the office, and they told me that they had finished, and I told them no and I sent them photos, then they sent a second person and told me that they couldn't finish because they didn't have the parts and left.
