AHS sent a plumber to fix a valve leak in the bathroom on January 2022. The plumber came and he did not have the parts and so he went to Home Depot. I told him to chage the stem valve and he agreed but did not change it but just replaced the washer only. The leak started again in October and the plumber from Plymwr Plumbing went there and replaced the washer again.The leak started again in November on the same exact valve and they refused and wanted a new work order from the AHS. Since AHS is the one who contracted out the work order it is their responsibility for the repairs that were made. Since the same issue is there it means the previous company didn't do their jobs properly. I will request AHS to send another plumbing company as i am thoroughly disappointed with this company. They didn't take responsiblity for their inefficient workmenship. We called them multiple times and they never responded. Service: Plumbing leak detection
My shower mixing valve needed to be replaced. AHS assigned this company to the job. Horrendous service! Net result, they replaced the shower handle and escutcheon plate with a cheap chrome fixture while the original/remaining shower fixtures are bronze! Worst company American Home Shield has ever assigned my various repairs. Shame on them as well. Service: Faucet repair
We just had Daniel come out and replace our water heater through First American Home Warranty. He was great and very professional. He cleaned the worksite and installed the water heater while keeping the work clean and overall aesthetically pleasing. I am very happy with the work done today and highly recommend Daniel and the company. This is my second appointment. The first time, we had another gentleman come out to inspect and take photos in order to process and proceed with the claim. The first gentleman was very knowledgeable and very polite.
