I was afraid of them coming out for my warranty water heater replacement after reading all the reviews. They showed up right at 8am as stated. The invoice and breakdown was emailed for review a week prior. They had all the supplies for the replacement and code upgrade. New water heater was installed within 90 minutes. Had flooding in my garage due to water heater and all they can tell me is that had to wait 24 to 48 hours after getting the approval from American home warranty for the replacement . The extra cost was approved by me that was needed but still I had to wait with no guarantee that they would be at my house on the same day even though knowing my garage is flooding. Terrible

We just had Daniel come out and replace our water heater through First American Home Warranty. He was great and very professional. He cleaned the worksite and installed the water heater while keeping the work clean and overall aesthetically pleasing. I am very happy with the work done today and highly recommend Daniel and the company. This is my second appointment. The first time, we had another gentleman come out to inspect and take photos in order to process and proceed with the claim. The first gentleman was very knowledgeable and very polite.
