I had a roof damage of over 10 years of bad craftsmanship from the builder company that designed this house. Rodstadt Roofing came out examined the problem, gave me a great quote, and it was all professionalism from here. He even found another issue with the wood and changed that out for me. Our roof no longer leaks.
10 Stars! From start to finish, dealing with Ronstadt Roofing was a pleasure. Rick (owner) came out for our initial meeting. He was here on time! We discussed my roofing issues in detail. He immediately earned my respect and trust with his knowledgeable and honest recommendations. He generously provided two courses of action with accompanying bids. While I was considering the options, I had some questions. I emailed Rick and he responded very property with detailed answers. I never felt rushed dealing with Rick and he took whatever time I need to help me make my decision. I made the decision to have a complete reset of my existing tile roof to alleviate any future problems. After all, the roof was 33 years old. I emailed Rick and he instructed me on returning the contract. He said he would contact me in the future for a possible start date.
