Robert with Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning is the most professional, kind, and honest person I have ever worked with trying to get the AC fixed. He gave me the facts and explained everything on a level I understood. He was prompt for both the initial diagnostic appointment as well as the repair day. This repair was done for my 93 year old grandfather who had gotten taken advantage of by the original installers. Robert from Total Air Heating & Air Conditioning is the complete opposite. Robert performed our a/c repair and maintenance. He arrived on time. His demeanor the moment he introduced himself gave you a feeling that you we were in good hands. Very professional; a gentleman that respected you and your house, taking off his shoes when entering. He was very meticulous, explaining what he was going to do with an estimate of how long it would take. Eventually giving you the price before doing the repair. 11/12/22 Total Air Heating and Air Conditioning came for their semi annual check up. Robert and son were respectful of my property and my home. They were here for about an hour and inspected the air conditioner and the heating. They are dependable and have reasonable prices. I recommend their business. Thank you Robert.
