We had our water heater go out just before the weekend, we called Water Heaters Only on Monday morning and they came out the same day! The technician, Ron Gautreae, was great! I had to call a few times, because I didn't know the model or serial number of my water heater, but they were very a great help to me in ordering parts to fix my water heater, rather than just trying to sell me a new unit. The day the parts arrived was a holiday. They sent out Mike ( Michael Ledieff ) within a few hours of me calling, and within 2 hours of Mike arriving I had hot water again. On a holiday! Ultimately, they saved me over $1500, because I was thinking about replacing my entire unit, but they were able to assist me in getting what I needed for much less. 5 stars.
