I had to call a few times, because I didn't know the model or serial number of my water heater, but they were very a great help to me in ordering parts to fix my water heater, rather than just trying to sell me a new unit. The day the parts arrived was a holiday. They sent out Mike ( Michael Ledieff ) within a few hours of me calling, and within 2 hours of Mike arriving I had hot water again. On a holiday! Ultimately, they saved me over $1500, because I was thinking about replacing my entire unit, but they were able to assist me in getting what I needed for much less. 5 stars.
