He performed an extremely deep dive into inspecting my roof, found all possible roof issues, answered all of my questions and even offered experienced advice. He looked me in the eye and explained everything clearly and in layman's terms. He also ensured that the roof is protected until all the work can be performed since they are so busy with other clients. I will add additional updates once all of the work has been completed. I bought this home in south Auburn, about seven years ago; I honestly didn’t know much about having roof problems until two years later when I noticed the wall paint where hot water heater stood was peeling off and the drywall did not seem to be dry at all … LOL! I had them do a roof inspection and replace three broken tiles. My roof is over 20 years old so they did their roof leak detection inspection and I received a professional low cost quote with everything broken out by line items with a cost for each improvement. This will give me at least another 20 to 30 years of life out of my current tile roof. I was very impressed with how professionally they explained the work improvement process. I could easily understand what needed to be done. It was very important to them that I really truly understood what needed to be done. They took lots of before, during and after pictures to show me the work improvement process. I'm very excided how little I had to spend to extend the longevity my roof. Because I plan on staying in my current home for a long time. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
