Whest Koast Plumbing

Had a serious leak that Placer County looked at, it was after the city meter (home owner responsible). Called several places, Whest Koast was available the next morning. Tech came out, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed it, explained the repair, had an upgraded valve in the van (I requested the upgrade), explained the repair, fixed it, and he backfilled the hole he had to dig. The digging was probably the worst part. Can't even tell he was ever there! Did an excellent job, I would recommend them for any repair. We have an EWS whole-house water filter that it connected to our main water pipe and filters every drop of water used. We purchased it bc you never have to replace the filter or do any maintenance to it for 10 years. It has done wonders for our clothes when washed, our pool water, no more droplet stains on tile, and softer hair. We had it for a year without any problems and then one day it seemed to stop working. I had 3 other plumbing companies come out and as soon as they'd see the big water filter, you could tell they were out of their league. None of them could figure out the problem. I called the company and they were ZERO help. I finally found WHEST KOAST PLUMBING AND I'M SO GLAD WE DID! They came out the very day we spoke to them and they trouble-shooted until he saw that it was simply a loose/faulty electronic connection with a wire. WKP even offered to do the new wiring! Came out the day I called. Brought out a hot water heater that day and replaced the defunct one in our complicated solar hot water system. Were knowledgeable and efficient.
