Came out the day I called. Brought out a hot water heater that day and replaced the defunct one in our complicated solar hot water system. Were knowledgeable and efficient.
Whest Koast is really on top of their game . I had 2 plumbing issues and Kevin was able to diagnose them in literally seconds and get both fixed the same day. Highly recommend these guys.
Had a serious leak that Placer County looked at, it was after the city meter (home owner responsible). Called several places, Whest Koast was available the next morning. Tech came out, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed it, explained the repair, had an upgraded valve in the van (I requested the upgrade), explained the repair, fixed it, and he backfilled the hole he had to dig. The digging was probably the worst part. Can't even tell he was ever there! Did an excellent job, I would recommend them for any repair.
