A positive experience. They seem to have an efficient system overall - including their support, which is responsive. The techs were on time, smart, courteous and communicative. They have up-to-date and powerful tech. They discovered some major problems and proposed practical solutions. They seem to want to make a good impression and they certainly did with me.

Our waterheater no longer worked. We called Rooter Hero after 1 business came over and just did the on/off method and could not provide anything further. Rooter Hero gave us a prompt assessment and date for installation. Found that our waterheater was not up to code, but gave us 10+ years of good service...guess our past contractors came back to haunt us. Kris along with his understudies did a fantastic job, and entertained my Mother. The job is clean and crisp...also updated to perfection. Fixed also the upper piping...sadly I forgot to take before pics, but have plenty of after pictures. Our family was quite happy to have hot water again after almost 3 weeks without it. You can imagine the joy in my husband's eyes from feeling the heat again...ha ha ha.
