Rosemead HVAC Care

Anytime the AC gives us any grief, our first call is to Rosemead HVAC Care. We have two A/C units that have both had issues in recent years & Rosemead HVAC Care fixed us back up right away both times. We had to replace one of our units and they suggested the perfect replacement at a good price with prompt installation.

I called the company on Monday and set up the appointment for the next day. I had an emergency and was going to ER so I called and asked if we could push back the appointment for the same day they agreed to 3:00pm. I later received a call from the technician and he did not know about the time change but had a bunch of questions about the furnace which we could not answer. I told him I would call him when I was home. He then told me he wasn’t in the area could we make it for Wednesday at 9-12, I agreed. I got this strong feeling I should call and confirm the appointment at around 10 am on Wednesday and spoke with the technician he said he wouldn’t becoming because he did not know how to work on furnaces. Wow, could I have been told that initially?
