Dependable Rooter & Plumbers Roseville

Broke my water line trying to fix it myself. Had to have a plumber out and was able to get a hold of Dependable. Francisca was able to schedule me right away with emergency service. They showed up right away and fixed the broken line with ease. Andrew was professional and quick with his repair. I hope I don’t need a plumber soon but will gladly use them again in the future. Richard Sanchez was awesome, he did a thorough job of scoping out the issue and provided us with a reasonable quote but advised us to wait until Sac Co Utilities confirmed whether or not it was their issue. Luckily for us it was, and they resolved it. But another company might have pushed us to go ahead with work that wasn’t needed, just to make money. Not only did Mr. Sanchez not do that, he took the contact info for Sac Co Utilities to have it on hand in case other clients need it. Excellent customer service and we will use them if/when we ever have a plumbing issue.

The technicians were very professional and did a great quality work replacing my disposal and air gap. I also appreciate that they were willing to work with me regarding the pricing and how fast they responded to all questions. I will definitely recommend using this service and will use it again.
