I called in the afternoon and was able to get a next day morning appointment. Richard was onetime, kept me up to date with what the issue was and what my options were (including quotes for each). Issue is now fixed.

Richard Sanchez was awesome, he did a thorough job of scoping out the issue and provided us with a reasonable quote but advised us to wait until Sac Co Utilities confirmed whether or not it was their issue. Luckily for us it was, and they resolved it. But another company might have pushed us to go ahead with work that wasn’t needed, just to make money. Not only did Mr. Sanchez not do that, he took the contact info for Sac Co Utilities to have it on hand in case other clients need it. Excellent customer service and we will use them if/when we ever have a plumbing issue.

It all started when I called “Kayla” who asked me, “How are you and how can I make you smile today?” She was very professional and personable. She scheduled a technician for same day service on a Saturday for a main line clean out. “Taylor” arrived on time and was very professional and positive. He went above and beyond spending several hours cleaning out the main line that had a difficult obstruction and resulting in a successful result. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and has an exceptional work ethic! This is who we will use with any future plumbing needs! Service: Sewer cleaning
